Parabolic, No cooling A parabolic-shaped active/placebo coil, without cooling, for advanced clinical studies with double-blind experiments. With identical electrical and magnetic properties to the MMC 140-II, it functions as both an active (A) and placebo (P) coil. The symmetrical design gives no indication of which is the active side and which is the placebo side. Note: An active/placebo coil with active magnetic stimulation on one side and no magnetic stimulation on the other side.
